The emails that are not associated with a visit are displayed on the orphaned emails. Search a visit by the visitor name or by other fields displayed on the left hand side column. Select an email from the Orphaned email section that is associated with the visitor, and then drag it to the Visits section. To process or discard an orphaned email, take it to the Discard button to discard it or the Process button to process it.
