The first screen of the Emergency Response System web application is the login screen. Enter the user name and password in order to login to the Emergency Response System system. You can use your Fleet Management credentials to log in here.
- In the upper left corner from the drop-down list, select the language of your choice.
- Enter your User Name and Password to access the information about the ship, or click Family member’s Login to directly access the information about your family members. Family Member’s Information screen is displayed.
You can access the family member’s information for crew and passengers from here.
- On the Family Member’s Information screen, select the Passenger check box to find the information for passengers family members and Crew check box to find the information for crews family members.
All fields are mandatory.
