- Project Contacts (1st tab)
- Displays contact currently assigned to this project.
- Provides the ability to quickly edit or delete contact. If deleted, this contact is removed from the organization. You can Remove Contact from Project individually or Remove Contact from All Project.
Note: Removing from all projects removes the contact from projects in the past, present, and future. This means:
- Past – this contact will be removed from all previous projects, enabling you to copy past projects and not have to edit contacts that were removed.
- Current – this contact will be removed from other open projects.
- Future – when using this organization in future projects this contact won’t be assigned for this organization.
- Additional Contacts (2nd tab)
- Allows you to pick from other organization contacts not added to this project.
- You can add contacts to the current project or to all projects in past, present, and future.
Note: Adding to all projects adds the contact to projects in the past, present, and future. This means:
- Past – this contact will be added to all previous projects, enabling you to copy past projects and not have to add the new contact again.
- Current – this contact will be added to other open projects.
- Future – when using this organization in future projects this contact will be assigned for this organization.
- Add New Contact (3rd tab)
- Fill out the appropriate fields and add a new contact to an organization.
