General Purpose: This feature specifies individuals who will be receiving project information, and utilizes their contact information for correspondence. It enables pertinent information to reach the correct individuals in an easy-to-use manner.
- You can add, delete, or edit contacts within a project for a specific organization using the Contact Manager.
- You can access the Contact Manager in the Organization Profile or on the Project Coverage page by either:
- Organization Profile – select an organization name, then scroll to the Contacts section near the bottom.
- Trade Code tab – expand a trade code, then an organization under it, and select the contact name or Manage Contact if there is no assigned contact yet.
- Organization tab – enable the Contact column in Table Settings, then select the contact name or Manage Contact if there is no assigned contact yet.
