Builder helper that simpifies building a long chain of nested OR expressions, equivalent to A OR B OR C ... etc. Construct an instance, then call or(ExpressionBase) for each expression to OR together. When all expressions have been added, call getExpression(), which will return:
in the case of no operands having been added, the expression for "true"
in the case of one operands having been added, that expression is returned
in the case of two or more operands having been added, the computed/nested OrExpression
