Oracle now offers vSAN with Oracle Cloud and NVMe SSDs P4600 and P4610. Oracle 6.4TB NVMe Subsystem Vendor ID (SSID) should be 0x4871. However, some Oracle 6.4TB NVMe SSDs were programmed with Subsystem Vendor ID 0x4870. Both Subsystem Vendor IDs are supported as the hardware and firmware are identical.
