Switching to Reporting Mode in the Account Contacts Call Planning Screen


Sales representatives can use the Accounts Contacts Call Planning screen to switch to reporting mode. A sales representative can quickly and easily switch modes by clicking one button.

To switch to reporting mode and submit calls

  1. Navigate to the Calendar screen, then the Accounts Contacts Call Planning view.
  2. Click Go to reporting mode.
  3. Report the call information:
    1. Select the call from the list.
    2. Enter product details.
    3. The Start Date field will be pre-populated with the current date. Change it to a different date, where appropriate.
    4. Enter the number of minutes in the Duration field.
    5. Enter any decision issues in the Decisions Issues field.
    6. Select a status from the Status list.
    7. Enter any additional comments in the Comments field.
  4. Click Submit to submit the call.
