Placing Sample Orders Request

You can place a request for sample orders if your inventory stock runs low. If you attempt to place an order for a product for a quantity greater than the maximum allowable orderable quantity (in Allocations), the application displays a warning message. If you continue to submit an order, an exception flag is set so that the order can be tracked.

To place sample orders

1. Navigate to the Samples screen, then the Samples Orders view.
2. From the view drop-down list, select Sample Orders.
3. In the Samples Order list, create a new record and complete the necessary fields.
4. In the Line Items list, create line items for the samples that you want to order and complete the necessary fields.
