Creating Time-Based Offering Product Attributes (Administrator)

Product attributes are characteristics of a product that a user can select. A product attribute has two parts: the name of the attribute, and the possible values of the attribute. For more information about product attributes, see the chapter on products with attributes in Siebel Product Administration Guide.

To define time-based discounts as discount products, you must create several product attributes. To create the time-based offering product attributes, follow this procedure.

CAUTION:  The values for all attributes must match the values used by Oracle Application Integration Architecture. If the values do not match, then the integration will fail.

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Time-Based Offerings.
