Siebel Order Management Guide Addendum for Communications > Telco Subscription Management in Open UI > Using the Customer DirectoryNavigation typically begins from the customer directory, where you can click the name of the customer you want in order to go to the customer dashboard for that customer. When users go to the customer directory, they see a list of all the accounts that they can access, with the Account Name, Account Number, Account Type, and Status fields of each. Users can also expand the list to view the Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country, Main Phone#, Primary Contact, and Price List fields. This is useful, for example, if two accounts have similar names, so the user wants to view the address to distinguish between the accounts. Customer directory is read-only. You can customize the application to make it possible to modify account information through customer directory.
