NOTE: On Android devices the user interface differs depending on whether your device has a hardware button to access menu options (called the hardware menu button) which is typically on older devices. For example, on the advanced screen accessed from the sign on screen, the option for SSO is typically accessed by tapping the menu button in the top right corner. However, on devices with a hardware menu button, the hardware menu button must be used to access the SSO option. Enabling Single Sign-On as the Default Sign On MethodYou can sign on to a Oracle CRM On Demand Connected Mobile Sales session using either SSO or User ID and Password.
