Changing the Automatic Synchronization Time Interval

1. Log in and go to the Tools dashboard.
2. Select Stores.
3. In the Store Search section, enter the store Name, and then click the Search button.
4. Click the Edit link adjacent to the store.
5. Click the POS Sync tab.
6. Enter the number of minutes in the StoreProcessingIntervalSec field to define the number of minutes between each synchronization process.

   As a best practice, enter 5 minutes or greater. The default value is 10 minutes.
