Scheduling On-Demand Synchronization

  1. Log in and go to the Tools dashboard.
  2. Select Stores.
  3. In the Store Search section, enter the store Name, and then click the Search button.
  4. Click the Edit link adjacent to the store.
  5. Click the POS Sync tab.
    • Use the master store to synchronize the Complete Menu Item Definition and Relationships, the Product Prices, and the Product Availability.

    • Use the secondary stores to synchronize the Product Prices and the Product Availability. Synchronizing the product price or product availability from the secondary store overrides the master store menu item price and menu item availability.

  6. Select On-demand synchronization.
  7. Enter the email address in the Email Notification Account field to receive an email notification when the on-demand synchronization process complete successfully or fails.
  8. Select Schedule Now.
