Viewing POS Synchronization History

After you initiate POS Synchronization, you can view POS Synchronization status and history.

  1. Log in as the system administrator and go to the Tools dashboard.
  2. Select Stores.
  3. In the Store Search section, enter the store Name, and then click the Search button.
  4. Click the Edit link adjacent to the store.
  5. Click the POS Sync tab.
  6. Select Sync Process History to search for the synchronization history using the following options:
    • Synchronizations per store

    • Date range of synchronizations

    • Synchronization status type

    In the synchronization history, the numbers describe the part of the menu item that synchronized. The following table lists the POS menu item synchronization types.

    Indicates the menu item price synchronized.

    1

    Indicates the menu item availability synchronized.

    2

    Indicates the full menu item description, related configuration, and menu item price synchronized.

    The following table lists the POS Synchronization status types.

    Status Type Description

    All

    Select this option to view a complete list of all POS Synchronizations.

    Completed

    Select this option to view a list of the successful synchronizations.

    Completed With Errors

    Select this option to view the synchronizations that completed but generated an error.

    Error

    Select this option to view the synchronizations that did not complete successfully.

    Agent Hanged

    Select this option to view the synchronizations that took too long to process, quit unexpectedly, or another issue occurred.
