The OpsContext type exposes the following members.

Default is TRUE so we can ask the first time, also it is TRUE if the user answered "yes" to
the "Find Order?" question, FALSE otherwise.
SCR 1363: 09/14/2009: default to false so it is not set when tendering a manual check as the 1st operation of the day.
