Comparing Finances

Use the Detailed Finance tab to compare two finance views side-by-side.

To compare finances:

Navigate to the Projects Finances page by selecting (Project #) > Go To > Finances, or clicking the Finances link on the Left Navigation bar within a particular project.
Click the Detailed Finances tab.
Select your main view:
- For projects using the double-view template: from the View Type drop-down menu, select a view (Plan, Actual, or Forecast).
- From the Snapshot or Current drop-down menu, select if you want to view the current values or values from a snapshot.
Click the Comparison View check box.
Select your secondary view:
- For projects using the double-view template: from the View Type drop-down menu, select a view (Plan, Actual, or Forecast).
- From the Snapshot or Current drop-down menu, select if you want to compare the current values or values from a snapshot.
