Voice Commands Overview

Using Voice Commands Video

Use voice commands on your device to navigate the Primavera app and perform common task actions. This feature lets you interact with project tasks while working hands-free at a job site.

Siri recognizes preconfigured Shortcut phrases as voice commands, so no additional setup is required. You can also customize shortcuts and combine common actions to streamline your workflow. You can then add shortcut tiles to your device Home Screen. The first time you open a project Home screen, a brief introductory dialog box displays examples of how to use Siri in the app. Tap X to close the dialog box and prevent it from appearing the next time you open a project.

Note Before you begin, make sure Siri is available and enabled on your device.

Include Primavera in every voice command. For example, say, “Update tasks yesterday in Primavera.” This helps Siri open the correct app and avoids conflicts with similar phrases from other apps on your device.

The following tables list voice commands and additional details, such as descriptions and screens, where applicable.
