Financial Services Data Foundation Application Pack Release v8.0.9.3.0 One-off Patch Release #3 (8.0.9.3.3)

Description

ID 32771026 – FSDF 8.0.9.3.0 ONE-OFF PATCH#3 RELEASE

These are the prerequisite software that must be installed for this patch:

· The minimum patch set level of the OFS Data Foundation Application Pack v8.0.9.3.0 ML Release (ID 31710049).

To install the release, follow these steps:

1. Log in to My Oracle Support (MOS), and search the Patch ID 32771026 under the Patches & Updates tab.

2. Download the 32771026_GENERIC.zip archive file and copy it to your OFSAA server in the Binary mode.

3. Shut down all the OFSAAI services.

4. Extract the contents of the patch archive file using the following command:

unzip -a <name of the file to be unzipped>

For example: unzip -a 32771026_GENERIC.zip

Note: The "-a" option is mandatory to unzip the patch.
If you notice the error message “unzip: not found [No such file or directory]” before the pack installation, contact your UNIX administrator to resolve this issue. For more information, refer to the Oracle Financial Services Data Foundation Application Pack Installation and Configuration Guide Release 8.0.9.0.0.

5. Grant RWX (755) permissions to the OFS_BFND directory by executing the following command:

chmod 755 OFS_BFND

6. Navigate to the following path:

<>/OFS_BFND/conf

7. To skip the model upload, update the UPLOAD_MODEL parameter value to 0 in the params.conf file.

8. Navigate to the following path:

<>/OFS_BFND/bin

9. Execute the following install command:

./install.sh

10. Verify the patch installation logs in the following path and contact My Oracle Support (MOS) if there are any errors:

<>/OFS_BFND/logs

11. Generate the application EAR or WAR file, and redeploy the application in the configured web application server. For more information, see the Oracle Financial Services Data Foundation Application Pack Installation and Configuration Guide Release 8.0.9.0.0.

12. After the successful deployment, restart all the OFSAAI services. For more information, see the Starting/Stopping Infrastructure Services section in the Oracle Financial Services Advanced Analytical Applications Infrastructure Installation Guide Release 8.0.7.0.0.
