- Network Element, Server Group, Resource Domain, Place, Place Association
Recovery
- This measurement gives an indication of the Early Binding Slave sessions whose master sessionRefs became Final and were therefore routed using the bound PCRF. If this value is lower than the SbrEarlySlaveBindingsCreated value, check the SBR Binding Exception measurement report for measurement SbrSlavePollingFail.
