E3128 Cmd Rej: The J1PORT at the specified location is not equipped

The J1 port specified by the j1port parameter must have already been configured with a J1 interface on the specified J1 card with the application as CCS7ITU.

Recovery - tst-j1

1. Enter a j1port on the J1 card.
2. Re-enter the tst-j1 command on that particular j1port.

Recovery - chg-j1

1. Enter a j1port on the J1 card.
2. Re-enter the chg-j1 command to change any value on that particular j1port.
   If this error message appears again, contact My Oracle Support. See My Oracle Support (MOS).
