E3130 Cmd Rej: The J1PORT at the specified location is already equipped

The port specified by the j1port parameter must not be already equipped with a J1 interface.

Recovery

1. Use the rtrv-j1 command to see the J1 interfaces that have been defined.
2. Re-enter the ent-j1 command and specify a j1port that does not already exist for that card.
