E2806 Cmd Rej: ITU-N 16bit site id not defined

An ITU-N16 destination point code cannot be provisioned if an ITU-N16 site identification is not provisioned.

Recovery

1. The J7 support feature must be enabled by using the following command:

   ENABLE-CTRL-FEAT:partnum=893040801:fak=<feature access key>

2. Provision an ITU-N16 site identification (SID) by using the following command:
   ent-sid:pcn16=*-*-*
3. Try to enter the ITU-N16 destinations (DSTN) by using the following command:
   ent-dstn:dpcn16=*-*-*
