The ISUP NP with EPAP feature cannot be enabled once the Dual ExAP Config feature has been enabled.
Recovery
Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command to verify whether the Dual ExAP Config feature is enabled. If the Dual ExAP Config feature is enabled, contact My Oracle Support for a manual feature turn off.
After the Dual ExAP Config feature is turned off, re-enter the command that generated this error message.
