The sum of RSVDTPS for all the diameter connections on a particular card must not exceed the maximum diameter card TPS (8000).
Recovery
Enter the rtrv-dconn:loc=<card location> command to display the configured RSVDTPS of diameter connections on the particular DEIR card.
Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a new value for RSVDTPS so that the total RSVDTPS configured on diameter connections on the particular DEIR card does not exceed 8000.
