E3155 Cmd Rej: Subsystem must be inhibited before it can be deleted

The subsystem must be inhibited before it can be deleted.

Recovery

1. Display the subsystem status. Enter the rtrv-ss-appl command.
2. Inhibit the subsystem as necessary. Refer to the appropriate feature manual for assistance.
3. Re-enter the dlt-ss-appl command that generated this error message.
