E3157 Cmd Rej: J1 is assigned to card

Before a J1 card can be deleted, any J1 interfaces assigned to the card must be deleted.

Recovery

1. Delete all the J1 ports on the J1 card that you want to delete by using the dlt-j1 command.
2. Enter the rtrv-j1 command to verify that all the J1 ports on that particular card have been deleted.
3. Re-enter the dlt-card command to delete the J1 card.
