E2365 Cmd Rej: TELNET Feature must be activated first

The Telnet (IP User Interface) feature must be enabled and turned on before the type=telnet parameter can be specified.

For the rtrv-trm command, the IP User Interface feature must be enabled before terminal ports 17 through 40 can be specified for the trm parameter.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the Telnet feature. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
2. Enable and turn on the Telnet feature as necessary. Refer to the Database Administration - System Management User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the alw/inh/rmv/rst-trm command that generated this error message.
