For the inh/unhb-alm commands, if a value of card or dlk is specified for the dev parameter, then the loc parameter must be specified.
For the rept-meas command, if the enttype=sctpcard parameter is specified, then the loc parameter must be specified.
For the rept-stat-card command, if the mode parameter is specified, then the loc parameter must be specified.
For the rept-stat-enum command, if the peakreset parameter is specified, then the loc parameter must be specified.
For the rept-stat-iptps command, if the link parameter is specified, then the loc parameter must be specified.
