E3136 Cmd Rej: J1 card location is unequipped

The card in the location specified by the loc parameter must be equipped.

Recovery

1. Add a J1 card by using the ent-card command, including a j1port for that J1 card.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
   If this error message appears again, contact My Oracle Support. See My Oracle Support (MOS).
