E3138 Cmd Rej: LOC and J1PORT parameter combination must be specified

The loc and j1port parameters must be specified together, if any parameters are specified for the command.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-j1 command with both the loc and j1port parameters to check the status of the J1 port at the specified location.
