No Diameter EIR card running DEIRHC/DEIR64 gpl is configured.
Recovery
Enter the rtrv-card command to display the cards configured in EAGLE.
Verify that a DEIR card is defined for the specified card location, or re-enter the command that generated this error message with the appropriate DEIR card location.
