This procedure is used to set the EAGLE’s clock and date.
set-date
command. The date must be entered in the form YYMMDD (YY for the year, MM for the month, and DD for the day of the month). For example, to set the date to March 7, 2003, enter this command.
set-date:date=030307
When this command has successfully completed, this message should appear.

set-time
command. The time must be entered in the form HHMM (HH for the hour, and MM for the minutes). The hour is based on a 24-hour clock. The time zone can also be specified. If the time zone is not specified, then the EAGLE uses the time zone that was entered with the previous set-time
command. The values for the time zone parameter are shown in Table 4-1. The entry in the Abbreviation column of Table 4-1 is the value to be specified for the time zone parameter.

For example, to set the time to 14:20 (2:20 PM) in the Greenwich Mean time zone, enter this command.
set-time:time = 1420:tz=gmt
When this command has successfully completed, this message should appear.

chg-db:action=backup:dest=fixed
command. These messages should appear, the active Maintenance and Administration Subsystem Processor (MASP) appears first.
BACKUP (FIXED) : MASP A - Backup starts on active MASP. BACKUP (FIXED) : MASP A - Backup on active MASP to fixed disk complete. BACKUP (FIXED) : MASP A - Backup starts on standby MASP. BACKUP (FIXED) : MASP A - Backup on standby MASP to fixed disk complete.
