This release of RES 3700 Enterprise Management adds support for the RES 3700 data privacy features. The Oracle Hospitality RES 3700 Release Notes contains more information about configuring and using the features to comply with data privacy requirements.

You can initiate a job to purge records of terminated employees after the legal retention period has passed.
In the POS Configurator, click the Enterprise menu, and then click Purge Terminated Employee
