Defining a Workflow Process That Creates a Service Request and Navigates the User

In this topic you create a workflow process that creates a service request, and then navigate the user to a view. To develop this example, do the following tasks:

  1. Modifying the Existing Workflow Process
  2. Testing and Deploying the Workflow Process.
  3. Verifying Functionality of the Workflow Process.

This example is similar to Defining a Workflow Process That Creates a Service Request, with one addition. In this example, the workflow process navigates the user to the Activities view of the Service Request screen, where the user can examine newly created activities that are associated with the service request.
