Setting Up Logging and Tracing for Siebel Chat Components
Logging and tracing can be set up for the following Siebel Chat components:
- Communications Management component group

NOTE: The Communications Management component group includes the following server components: Communications Session Manager, Communications Configuration Manager, Communications Inbound Receiver, Communications Inbound Processor, Communications Outbound Manager, Page Manager, and Email Manager.
