Navigate to the DISA folder and drill down to verify that it contains the the following sub-folders and files

• Folder Name:
  • DesktopIntSiebelAgent
• Sub folders names:
  • lib
  • log
  • plugins
  • config.properties
• File Names:
  • disa.der
  • disa.exe
  • disa.jks
