For example, an intermediary account might be a travel agency. An account might approach a travel agency for assistance with booking a number of rooms in a particular region. The travel agency might then refer the account to your company, at which point you can create opportunity for the accounts. You can review all opportunities referred to you by intermediary accounts to determine the value an intermediary account brings to your company.
