Applying an Event Template to a Historical Opportunity (User)

After an opportunity has been created, you can apply an event template to define standard information about that opportunity. When you apply an event template to an opportunity, you overwrite the existing information in the opportunity with information from the template. To associate event templates with historical opportunities, follow the procedure in Applying an Event Template to an Opportunity.
