Setting Up a Program Flow


This topic describes how to set up a program flow. Before starting to create the program flow, make sure you have completed all the tasks listed in Required Tasks.

To set up a program flow, perform one or more of the following tasks:

  1. Adding Stages to Programs
  2. Specifying Repeating Stages Within Programs
  3. Adding Lag Time Between Stages Within Programs
  4. Adding Campaigns to Stages
  5. About Using Triggers with Campaign Stages

Required Tasks

Before setting up a Program Flow, verify that the following tasks have been completed:

  • Define segments and lists and associate them with the campaigns.
  • Define campaigns and associated offers and events.
  • Define segment trees, if required.
  • Define responses and leads, if required.
