Generate Document Archive
Do you ever want to download all the final lien waivers on your job or all the documents on Textura for a subcontract? Now you can with the new Generate Document Archive page. With the Generate Document Archive page, you can access all documents for a single project from one centralized location.
Video: Tour the Document Archive
Create either a collated PDF archive or a ZIP archive with file folders for each organization on the job. The PDF archive option is available for up to 400 PDF documents when all selected documents are PDF file type. With the PDF option, you can define the order of the organizations and file types in the archive. The ZIP archive option is always available, regardless of the file types of the selected documents. With the ZIP option, you can define the filename structure for documents in the archive to make for easy identification.
When you generate a document archive, you can continue to access other pages in the application while TPM generates your request in the background. Once the archive is generated, you will receive an email with a link to the View Document Archive page. You will also see a task in your Recent Tasks menu. Use the View Document Archive page to access and download your generated archives. Archives are available to be downloaded for 14 days.
See the Generate Document Archive help for more information.
New Organization Search Dialog Box
This month, we overhauled how organization searching works when completing contracts or inviting organizations. When browsing for an organization from the Contract Maintenance page, select Select Organization for a new search. The "omni-search" box at the top allows you to search across many fields at once. Select Show Filters to see field-level search boxes, including new fields such as Organization ID and Primary Contact. The search request updates as you type.
The results appear in the space below. Find out more about each results by hovering your cursor over the (i) to see organization details, including whether the organization is active and if you have contracts with the organization. As a part of this update, we retired the Invite Organization page. Instead Invite Organization links will open the new dialog box.
See the Invite Organization help topic for more on this feature.
Enhancements
- Additional permissions for Local Administrators: In addition to existing permissions, Local Administrators can now manage owner funding permissions, resend invitations to new users, and deactivate users.
-
Enhanced Manage Lien Waiver interaction: Easily identify unapproved lien waivers on the Manage Lien Waiver page. A new blue background color is used to highlight lien waivers that have not yet been approved.
When navigating to the Manage Lien Waiver page from either the Contract Status page or a review lien waiver task, the page is filtered to display the Prime Subcontractor family hierarchy instead of all subcontractors. Use the Clear Filters button to view all subcontractors in the draw.
- New Columns added to Authorize Payments and Manage Payment pages: A new Final Invoice column is added to both pages. Use this column to track invoices that bill the remaining balance on the contract.
- Analytics Update: The Invoice dashboard now includes the ability to filter invoices by the type of billing being done including Work, Material, and Retention Release. The Payment Hold dashboard now includes a new snapshot to show all organizations that are currently on an Organization Level Hold. Select an organization to expose all invoices held.
