Generate Document Archive

Use the Generate Document Archive page to access all project documents from a centralized location.

These documents may include:

Documents signed on the application, such as conditional lien waivers, unconditional lien waivers, and sworn statements
Uploaded lien waivers and preliminary notices
Compliance documents
Draw attachments
Change order attachments
Certificates of completion.

If you want to print specific documents, you can select them and choose to either save everything to a collated PDF or a ZIP file.

When you generate a document archive, the generation process takes place in the background of TPM. You can generate additional archives and navigate to other pages in the application, but TPM will only generate one archive at a time. Once finished, TPM will generate the next archive in queue.
