Available Graphs Overview for Owners
Note: In this release, some data graphs may not be fully implemented. Unsupported primary graphs will return blank responses. For example, if an owner organization queries a graph not listed above, the response will be blank. Likewise, if a user includes unsupported graphs within a subgraph, those sections will return null values.
Available Graphs
Name | Description |

Budget Line | Data attributes, including billing information and budget details, for both General Contractors and Subcontractor line items. See topic Project Settings for more information on how the Open Book settings changes the way the graph is displayed. |
Contract | Data attributes that are on a contract, such as status, contract number, contract dates, and amounts. See topic Project Settings for more information on how the Open Book settings changes the way the graph is displayed. |
Disbursable | List of invoices where status = Available to pay. Invoices that have been 'approved' and thus are exposed in the Enterprise Wide Disbursement screen and the Manage Draw Payments screen at the project level. |
Draw | Draw attributes such as draw name, number, period to date, and status. |
Invoice | Invoice summary information including invoice number, approval date, work completed, and materials billed. |
Invoice Approval | Invoice approval attributes including invoice approval method, approver name, and date approved. |
Invoice Line | A list subgraph available under the Invoice graph. Includes granular invoice details such as self and subcontracted billed amounts per invoice line component. |
Manual Contract | Lien Waiver Only Sub-Tier (LW Sub) and manual contract information. |
Organization | Organization information including location, taxID, and primary contact. |
Organization Level Hold | Organization level hold details for subcontracted organizations. |
Payment | Invoices that have been paid / disbursed, including amounts, dates, and users. |
Project Settings | A subgraph available under the Project graph. Includes details about project settings currently selected for the project. |
Payment Hold | Payment Hold audit information including users, dates, and payment hold types. |
Project Settings | A subgraph available under the Project graph. Includes details about project settings currently selected for the project. |
Project | Includes project attributes such as location, and dates. |
Project User Role | Includes user permissions and project user roles for each project in an organization. |
Supplier Tracking Contractor Value | Approved supplier tracking values assigned to subcontractor or sub-tier organization. |
Supplier Tracking Program | Supplier Tracking program attributes. |
Supplier Tracking Program Value | Supplier Tracking program value and its goal value. |
Supplier Tracking Selected Value | Selected supplier tracking values tracked on a program. |
User | Users in your organization with a TPM profile, including their permissions and profile attributes. |
