Organisation Rules

The Organisation Approval Rules show customised Conditional Approval Rules that can add an Approver when a progress claim meets a threshold or value. There are four rule types:

Contract Value
Net Assessed Claim Value (i.e. calculated after retention is deducted, before GST is applied)
Billed to Date Value
Percent Complete.

The Organisation Approval Rules create standard, organisation-wide rules that can be applied when setting up conditional approval rules on a project and can be further configured from there.
