Creating an Organisation Approval Rule
To create an organisation approval rule:
- Navigate to the Organisation Rules Page
- From the Tools menu of the Header, select Conditional Approval Rules.
- From the Project Approval Rules page, select the Organisation Approval Rules link.
- From the My Organisation Profile page, select the View Organisation Approval Rules link.
- From the Organisation Rules page, select +Add.
An Organisation Appoval Rule dialog box appears.
- From the Type drop-down list in the dialog box, select a rule type:
- Contract Value
- Net Assessed Claim Value
- Billed to Date Value
- Percent Complete.
The dialog box changes based on the type selected. The Settings fields appear.
- Enter a Name for the rule.
- Enter the settings. Either enter a single value or a range of values for the Percent Complete rule.
For example: If choosing the Percent Complete rule either:
- Enter a value to trigger the rule when the contract percent complete is Greater Than or Equal to
- Enter a value to trigger the rule when the contract percent complete is Less Than
- OR Enter both values to trigger the rule when the contract percent complete is between the two values.
- Select Apply when you complete the rule values are.
A success message appears above the table, and the page shows the latest update was today. The table is populated with the new rule.
