Creating an Organisation Approval Rule

To create an organisation approval rule:

  1. Navigate to the Organisation Rules Page
  2. From the Organisation Rules page, select +Add.

    An Organisation Appoval Rule dialog box appears.

  3. From the Type drop-down list in the dialog box, select a rule type:
    • Contract Value
    • Net Assessed Claim Value
    • Billed to Date Value
    • Percent Complete.

    The dialog box changes based on the type selected. The Settings fields appear.

  4. Enter a Name for the rule.
  5. Enter the settings. Either enter a single value or a range of values for the Percent Complete rule.

    For example: If choosing the Percent Complete rule either:

    • Enter a value to trigger the rule when the contract percent complete is Greater Than or Equal to
    • Enter a value to trigger the rule when the contract percent complete is Less Than
    • OR Enter both values to trigger the rule when the contract percent complete is between the two values.
  6. Select Apply when you complete the rule values are.

    A success message appears above the table, and the page shows the latest update was today. The table is populated with the new rule.
