Contract Administration for Head Contractors

Once a project is set up on the system, subcontracts can be created. Subcontracts can be created manually or imported.

Manually Create Subcontracts

Use the Add button on the Subcontract List page, or select Create Subcontract from the Subcontracts drop-down menu to create a subcontract.

Add components to create separate cost items within the contract, then enter the value of each component and be sure to add a task code if GST should apply.

Note: If you use an accounting interface with the system, you should not manually create subcontracts.

Subcontracts entered in an accounting package can be imported into the system using the accounting interface.
