Sign Sub-Tier Document

As a Statutory Declaration Only Sub-Tier (SD Sub) or Supplier, you will use the Sign Sub Tier Document page to sign statutory declarations. The Head Contractor selects the type of document that must be signed as part of the project setup.

Notes:

A Head Contractor or a Prime Subcontractor must request for you to sign a document in order for the page to display.
Depending upon project settings chosen by the Head Contractor, you may need to enter Sub-Tier payments before the system prompts you to sign a document.
The Payment Amount entered by your Prime Subcontractor displays at the top of the page.
Once you sign a document, a signed copy will be available to the Head Contractor and your Prime Subcontractor.
