Signing a Document as a Statutory Declaration Sub-Tier
To sign a document:

The application generates the Sign Statutory Declaration action after a Prime Subcontractor edits the Record Sub-Tiers tab of their Billing Workflow. From the Sub-Tier Home page, select the Sign Statutory Declaration for Period (sub of:) link.
- From the Sign Sub-Tier Document page, review your payment amount.
Note: The value the Prime Subcontractor entered will populate the Payment Amount field. Verify this amount is correct.

- Initial: A preliminary statutory declaration.
- Progress: A partial statutory declaration.
- Final: Your last statutory declaration for the project.
- Select Sign Statutory Declaration.
The statutory declaration displays in a DocuSign portal. Instructions appear at the top of the page.
- From the top of the DocuSign page, select the Continue button.
- (Optional) Select Start to help guide you through the signing process. Each time you apply your signature, a blue tab helps direct you towards the next step.
- Select the highlighted area in the document to apply your signature.
- Continue through all of your documents, applying your signature to all highlighted fields.
- After you apply your signature to all of the highlighted areas, select the Finish button at the top of the page.
- If you also need to submit additional documents, you will repeat the signing process a second time.
- Once finished, the DocuSign portal closes and a success message appears, confirming you sent the statutory declaration to the Head Contractor for review.
- You can access the statutory declaration documents from the Completed tab of the Sub-Tier Home page.
