On-System Supplier Period Management Overview
Set up Sub-Tier Subcontractors and Suppliers directly to eliminate the need for joint cheques. As a Prime Subcontractor you can set up Sub-Tiers. Sub-Tiers submit progress claims and statutory declarations/subcontractor statements. In return, they can receive direct EFT payment from the Head Contractor or Owner.
Claims Process and Progress Claim Steps
- The Head Contractor (HC) initiates the period and invites all billing participants. Billing participants are those who have confirmed that they are participating in the project.
- Subcontractors included in the period receive an email notification.
- Sub-Tier Subcontractors and Suppliers submit signed progress claims, signed statutory declarations, and appropriate legal documents.
Tip
When the Head Contractor opens a period, you can add a Sub-Tier Subcontractor or Supplier.
