Retrying an Import

Use the Retry Import option to re-import an existing record. This option is not available for imports that are in progress.

To retry an import job:

  1. Navigate to the Integration Home Page
  2. Select the Import Jobs tab.
  3. Select an import record from the Import table and from the Gear menu select, Retry Import.

    A new row is added to the Import table. The system re-imports all records.
