User Permissions List for Head Contractors
Manage Projects
Create the Work Breakdown (WB), manage subcontracts, enter progress claims, initiate periods, and allocate variations.
Manage Compliance
Set up compliance document requirements (For example: Require Subcontractors to submit Insurance Certificates), track compliance document status, track variation compliance, place compliance holds, release compliance holds, and track Statutory Declarations.
Sign on Behalf of the Company
Sign documents (such as progress claims, Subcontractor statements, and Statutory Declarations) and apply Subcontractor approval signatures on Payment Schedules.
Approve Progress Claim
Modify Subcontractor progress claims and sign Payment Schedules to return to Subcontractors.
Authorise Payments for Disbursement
Authorise payments to Subcontractors.
Disburse Project Funds
Release company funds for EFT payments per period.
Disburse Enterprise Wide Funds
Release company funds for EFT payments across multiple projects and multiple periods.
Manage Owner Funding
Record Owner funding information by period and track funding information across projects. Owners acting as the Head Contractor on their own projects can also access this permission.
Manage Classified Attachments
Designate attachments as classified, upload attachments, view attachments, and declassify attachments.
Manage TPA
Select or change Textura Payment Accelerator program (TPA) settings. Users with Manage TPA permissions automatically have View All Organisation Projects permissions.
Create Projects
Add and set up new projects; create, manage, and view document sets; assign project user roles; manage conditional approval rules; change project settings; and edit project funding. Users with Create Projects permissions automatically have View All Organisation Projects permissions.

Manage Interfaces
Import accounting information, export accounting information, and view all project imports and exports.
Account is for automated integration purposes
If this permission is selected, the profile is for an automated user or interface system rather than a human user who has the Interface Manager role in TPM.
View All Organisation Projects
View the details of any project. The user does not need to be assigned a project role and can see project details for every project the organisation has on the system.
DocWriter
Only available when your Textura representative enables the DocWriter Feature.
Select a DocWriter permission on the User Profile to determine what actions a DocWriter user may perform on TPM.
View Only: The user can view all documents available to your organisation across all projects. You will not have Editing or Publishing permissions.
Witness Documents
Electronically witness documents. The user must witness on the Signer's computer when the documents are signed, and the user cannot be the Signer on a document the he or she is witnessing
